Have you ever wanted to know when collards are in season? How about what they have to offer, nutritionally? Or wondered how to pick the best bunch or how they should be stored? Maybe you’ve gone searching for all of this information–how long did it take you? Now, you can find it all in one place, in a simple, easy-to-read format. (I have even included delicious recipes as a bonus!) All recipes are at least vegetarian, if not vegan, and come from either my own recipe box or that of one of my favorite bloggers πŸ™‚ Enjoy!
